This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of the BACKEND Booking mobile and web applications (the "App"), licensed to you by BACKEND Booking LLC. This EULA supplements our Terms of Service.
1. License grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on any device you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with the usage rules of the applicable app store.
2. Restrictions
You may not (a) copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App, (b) reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code, (c) rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App, or (d) remove any proprietary notices.
3. Apple App Store — required terms
If you obtained the App from the Apple App Store, the following applies:
Acknowledgement. This EULA is between you and BACKEND Booking LLC only, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
Scope of license. The license is limited to a non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded device you own or control, per the App Store Terms of Service.
Maintenance and support. BACKEND Booking LLC is solely responsible for maintenance and support. Apple has no obligation whatsoever.
Warranty. BACKEND Booking LLC is solely responsible for any warranties, express or implied by law, not effectively disclaimed. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). Apple has no other warranty obligation.
Product claims. BACKEND Booking LLC — not Apple — is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability, legal/regulatory conformity, or consumer protection claims.
Intellectual property. BACKEND Booking LLC is responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any third-party IP infringement claim.
Legal compliance. You represent you are not in a US-embargoed country and are not on any US Government prohibited or restricted party list.
Third-party beneficiary. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you.
4. Google Play
If you obtained the App from Google Play, your use is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
5. User-generated content
The App has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Users can report or block others in-app, and reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Confirmed violations result in content removal and, where appropriate, account termination.
6. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated by you or BACKEND Booking LLC. Your rights terminate automatically if you fail to comply.
