Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") lists what you may not do on BACKEND Booking. It is part of our Terms of Service. Violating it can result in content removal, feature limits, withheld payouts, suspension, or permanent termination.

1. Prohibited content

  • Sexually explicit material, nudity for sexual gratification, or escort/sexual services.
  • Any sexualized content involving minors, or any attempt to contact or recruit minors.
  • Hate speech, slurs, or content promoting discrimination or extremist violence.
  • Graphic violence, gore, self-harm promotion, or terrorist content.
  • Weapons, explosives, drugs, controlled substances, or other illegal goods and services.
  • Counterfeit goods, stolen property, or content that infringes intellectual property.
  • Another person's private information (address, ID, financial data) without consent.
  • Deceptive synthetic media used to impersonate a real person or mislead about work.

2. Prohibited conduct

  • Fraud, scams, money laundering, chargeback abuse, or fee evasion.
  • Soliciting or accepting payment off-platform for work arranged on BACKEND Booking.
  • Impersonating a person, brand, or BACKEND Booking staff.
  • Fake, traded, incentivized, or retaliatory reviews and ratings.
  • Harassment, threats, stalking, doxxing, or discriminatory refusal of service.
  • Spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, or repetitive promotional content.
  • Manipulating search ranking, creating duplicate accounts, or evading enforcement.
  • Circumventing bans, using another person's account, or selling account access.

3. Prohibited technical activity

  • Scraping, crawling, or bulk-harvesting profiles or content without written permission.
  • Reverse-engineering, probing, or disrupting the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Uploading malware, phishing links, or attempting to access other users' accounts or data.
  • Automated account creation, bots, or unauthorized API access.
  • Excessive load, denial-of-service activity, or bypassing rate limits.

4. Enforcement

We use automated detection and human review. Depending on severity and history we may warn, remove content, restrict features, hold funds pending investigation, suspend, or terminate. Illegal activity may be referred to law enforcement. We may take immediate action without prior notice where there is risk of harm, fraud, or legal exposure.

5. Reporting violations

Use the in-app report option or email contact@backendbooking.com. Security vulnerabilities should be reported privately to the same address; please do not publicly disclose before we respond.

6. Appeals

Email contact@backendbooking.com within 30 days of an enforcement action to request review.
